目的:观察银杏外种皮多糖(GBEP)对不同状态小鼠血清SOD和MDA形成的影响。方法:用GBEP给荷瘤小鼠、环磷酰胺(CTX)抑制小鼠及正常小鼠灌胃给药,检测小鼠血清中的SOD活性及MDA含量。结果:GBEP可明显提高荷瘤小鼠血清SOD活性,并能降低其MDA含量,也能改善CTX抑制小鼠的上述指标,但对正常小鼠则无明显影响。结论:GBEP可促进机体在病理状态下的自由基清除能力。
Objective: To observe the effect of Ginkgo biloba exocarp polysaccharide (GBEP) on serum SOD and MDA formation in mice with different states. Methods: The tumor-bearing mice, cyclophosphamide (CTX)-inhibitory mice and normal mice were intragastrically administered with GBEP and the serum SOD activity and MDA content were detected. RESULTS: GBEP significantly increased the serum SOD activity in tumor-bearing mice and reduced its MDA content. It also improved the CTX-inhibitory effect in mice, but it had no significant effect on normal mice. Conclusion: GBEP can promote the body’s free radical scavenging ability under pathological conditions.
