目的:探讨青蒿提取物抗内毒素作用。方法:测定大鼠肝线粒体LPO、溶酶体ACP、血浆内毒素和TNFα、肝微粒体P450浓度、肝线粒体SOD活性,观察小鼠死亡率和组织形态。结果:青蒿提取物、青蒿素可降低LPO,ACP,内毒素,TNFα,P450浓度,升高SOD活性,降低内毒素休克小鼠的死亡率,延长小鼠的平均生存时间,对肝、肺组织形态也有一定的保护作用。结论:青蒿提取物具有抗内毒素作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-endotoxin effect of A. annua extract. Methods: The rat liver mitochondria LPO, lysosomes ACP, plasma endotoxin and TNF α, liver microsomal P450 concentrations, liver mitochondrial SOD activity were measured, and the mouse mortality and histological morphology were observed. Results: Artemisia annua extract and artemisinin can reduce LPO, ACP, endotoxin, TNF α, P450 concentrations, increase SOD activity, reduce the mortality of mice with endotoxin shock, and prolong the average survival time of mice. Liver and lung tissue morphology also have a certain degree of protection. Conclusion: Artemisia annua extract is endotoxin resistant.
