针对目前高校史志编撰中势头活跃、规模宏大、装帧精美 ,却普遍存在着“信息内容失效”、“栏目设置失当”、“条目撰写失重”的“三失”现象 ,本文指出应予及时校正的因由以及措施。以更好发挥出新时期高校史志编撰的多元功能 ,不仅能体现当代效用 ,而且还要能形成新一轮的文化积淀 ,为后人留存有价值的文化精品
