食管癌的早期诊断和早期治疗对提高病人生存率极为重要。我们自1991年1月至1997年2月在5468例内镜检查中确诊早期食管癌39例,占同期503例食管癌的7.75％。现对其内镜诊断情况作一总结分析,以探讨提高早期食管癌内镜诊断率的方法。
Early diagnosis and early treatment of esophageal cancer are extremely important to improve patient survival. From January 1991 to February 1997, we diagnosed 39 cases of early esophageal cancer in 5468 endoscopic examinations, accounting for 7.75% of 503 esophageal cancers during the same period. A summary analysis of its endoscopic diagnosis is conducted to explore ways to increase the rate of endoscopic diagnosis of early esophageal cancer.
