本文以专业教师的视角,论述了专业教师参与学生顶岗实习指导的重要意义以及运作方式,旨在形成专业人才培养的合力,实现课程内容与岗位对接,助力人才培养目标的实现。
This article discusses the importance of professional teachers participating in internship of internships and the mode of operation in the perspective of professional teachers. The purpose of this paper is to form the joint force of professional talents cultivation and realize the connection between the contents of the courses and positions, and help the realization of the goal of personnel training.
