作者来用二阶导数光谱法,同时测定复方甲地孕酮微囊注射液中甲地孕酮和戊酸雌二醇的含量。实验结果表明:两者的平均口收率分别为98.8％和98.0％,变异系数分别为0.71％和1.81％。
The authors used the second derivative spectroscopy to simultaneously determine the content of megestrol and estradiol valerate in compound megestrol microcapsules injection. The experimental results show that the average oral yield of the two is 98.8% and 98.0% respectively, and the coefficient of variation is 0.71% and 1.81% respectively.
