本文报告214例良、恶性淋巴组织疾病病理标本的细胞学印片鉴别诊断恶性淋巴瘤。对淋巴组织良性增生性疾病和恶性淋巴瘤的细胞学诊断标准分别做了描述。标准如下: 良性增生性疾病正常:生发中心细胞包括大核裂细胞和小核裂细胞,周围有成熟淋巴细胞带围绕;核分裂相很少。慢性非特殊性淋巴腺炎:未成熟淋巴细胞增加;核分裂相可见;有大量吞噬细胞。淋巴滤泡增生:生发中心可见成熟及未成熟的淋巴细胞;许多不同成熟程度的免疫母细胞;核分裂相多见。窦组织细胞增多症:窦组织细胞胞浆内含有大量成熟淋巴细胞。免疫母细胞反应:多量的不同成熟程度的免疫母细胞;浆细胞样
This article reports 214 cases of pathological specimens of benign and malignant lymphoid tissue diseases were differentially diagnosed with malignant lymphoma by cytology. Cytological diagnostic criteria for benign proliferative lymphoid tissue and malignant lymphomas are described. The criteria are as follows: Normal benign proliferative diseases: germinal center cells include macronuclear fission cells and small nuclei fission cells, surrounded by mature lymphocytes, and few mitoses. Chronic non-specific lymphadenitis: immature lymphocytes increase; mitotic phase visible; large numbers of phagocytic cells. Lymphoid follicular hyperplasia: mature and immature lymphocytes are seen in germinal centers; many immature mother cells with different degrees of maturity; mitoses are more common. Sinus histiosis: The cytoplasm of sinus tissue contains a large number of mature lymphocytes. Immunoblastic response: A large number of immunoblasts with different degrees of maturation; plasma cell-like
