As the center of English teaching activities turns to learners, learning strategies become the focus of our research in our country, continuing its popularity for more than 20 years. Among the research results, the papers “in line with international academic standards” are mostly empirical research, and the content of the study is gradually specific to all aspects of listening, speaking, reading and writing. The findings show that the concept of student learning affects the use of learning strategies. For such articles based on data, this paper argues that the problem of English learning can not only be in the success or failure of a link, easy to cause a problem
