1. 引言纯氧和熔剂从转炉底部吹入熔池产生了许多优于顶吹的特点,最突出的是更接近平衡态,增强了气相-金属和炉渣-金属间的传质并改善了熔池温度和化学成分的均匀性.这是因底吹过程中强烈的熔池搅拌和在金属-O_2,金属-熔剂之间形成了相当大的界面所致.Q-BOP法的成功已使底吹技术应用于改变现有的LD法为顶-底复合吹,产生了如图1所示的三种类型.其中两种现已用于工业规模(LD-KG:千叶150t,水岛200t;K-BOP:千叶80t,水岛250t).
1.
