随着连铸技术应用的不断扩展 ,连铸坯感应补偿加热技术的优越性已充分显示。结合感应加热理论与传热学理论 ,建立了连铸方坯感应补热过程中截面温度分布的预测模型。模型可再现连铸方坯截面温度及其分布在补热过程中的变化情况 ,揭示了感应补热装置的频率、功率、坯料运行速度及其最终截面温度分布之间的关系 ,对感应补热装置的研制有重要意义。
As the application of continuous casting technology continues to expand, the superiority of continuous casting induction heating compensation technology has been fully demonstrated.
