档案管理工作一直以来都是医院管理工作的重要组成部分,随着社会经济的发展,医院在管理方式和理念上都有所转变,而档案管理在其管理中一直都发挥着重要的作用.本文主要针对传统管理方式与现代社会发展之间存在的问题,提出了一些有效性的解决方案,建立和完善医院的档案管理建设.
