高职教育不同于高等教育,其是以培养应用类型的一线操作工人作为教学目标展开的教育。近年来,高职教育在国内的规模已经与高等教育十分接近,甚至在一些方面已经超过了高等教育。新时期,怎样才可以提升高职学校教学质量,乃是一个亟待解决的问题。本文在分析高职学校内部教学管理现存问题基础之上,对加强高职学校内部教学管理相关对策进行探索,以期完善管理,进而促进教学质量的提升。
Higher vocational education is different from higher education, which is based on the cultivation of application-type front-line workers as a teaching goal of education. In recent years, the scale of higher vocational education in China has been very close to that of higher education and even exceeded that of higher education in some aspects. In the new era, how to improve the teaching quality in higher vocational schools is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of internal teaching management in higher vocational schools, this paper probes into the countermeasures to strengthen the internal teaching management in higher vocational schools with a view to improving management and promoting the improvement of teaching quality.
