在隧道施工过程中,往往会因为地质情况不良而产生程度不同的塌方,我们一方面要加强塌方前的测量和预报工作,避免发生塌方事故。但在塌方不可避免地发生后,如何处理塌方,如何恢复隧道正常施工,是隧道施工工程技术人员的难点和重点。因各个工程项目特殊性以及不同地质情况,如何正确处理塌方必须不同情况不同对待,总的原则是选择安全、方便、快捷、经济,保证人员和结构安全,保证施工方便,保证工期,保证费用最省的方案。本文根据叙(永)大(村)铁路大炮山隧道发生的塌方实例处理过程,将设计进行优化,采用双排小导管与地表注浆相结合的处理方案,既节约了造价,简化了施工工艺,是一种比较简单、安全、适用的处理方案。
