我国经济体制的转型,使得我国事业单位获得了极大的发展。其中,内部控制较之以前有了很大的进步。作为事业单位经济活动管理的一种有效手段,内部控制已经构成了其整个管理体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分。然而,随着市场经济体制改革的不断深入,事业单位内部控制仍然出现了不少问题,与先进的企业之间还有较大的差距。文章指出,事业单位应该尽快针对这些内部控制问题找到及时、有效的应对措施,从而真正促进事业单位自身各项工作的顺利开展。
The transformation of our country’s economic system has brought about tremendous growth for our institutions. Among them, the internal control has made great progress compared to before. As an effective means of economic activity management in institutions, internal control has become an integral part of its entire management system. However, with the continuous deepening of the reform of the market economy system, there still appear many problems in the internal control of PSUs, and there is still a big gap between them and advanced enterprises. The article pointed out that institutions should be as soon as possible for these internal control problems to find a timely and effective response to the real work unit to truly promote their own work smoothly.
