目的:通过随访分析211例抗病毒治疗的艾滋病患者CD4+T淋巴细胞指标,分析治疗效果。方法:对不同时段CD4+T淋巴细胞构成比描述,利用Fisher确切概率法检验。结果:211例在治患者接受抗病毒治疗并随访,在不同时段内,CD4+T细胞计数水平构成比随着治疗时间的延长,高水平CD4+T细胞计数不断增高,而低水平CD4+T细胞计数显著降低,并于后期稳定持续。结论:有效的抗病毒治疗可以增加CD4+T淋巴细胞计数水平,提高患者的免疫水平。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the therapeutic effect of CD4 + T lymphocytes in 211 HIV-infected AIDS patients by follow-up. Methods: The composition ratio of CD4 + T lymphocytes at different time was described by Fisher exact test. Results: In 211 patients treated with antiviral therapy and follow-up, in different time periods, the level of CD4 + T cell count ratio increased with the prolongation of treatment time, the high level of CD4 + T cell count increased, while the low level of CD4 + T Cell count decreased significantly, and in the late stable and sustained. Conclusion: Effective antiviral therapy can increase the level of CD4 + T lymphocyte count and improve the immune level of patients.
