第五届中国矿业城市发展论坛在辽宁召开,充分体现了党中央、国务院对老工业基地的深厚感情,是雪中送炭,我们特别欢迎。 作为老工业基地之一,辽宁面临很多问题,其中最大的压力就来自于资源型城市。50年前,以矿兴市的地方都为国家做出了贡献,但是现在都面临着大致相同的困难和压力。大家都一样,做出过贡献,走过同样的路,有同样的感受。聚集在一起研讨资源型城市的问题和解决办法,是非常有意义的。
The 5th China Mining Urban Development Forum was held in Liaoning, which fully demonstrated the deep feelings of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the old industrial base. It is our special welcome. As one of the old industrial bases, Liaoning faces many problems, of which the greatest pressure comes from resource-based cities. Fifty years ago, all contributed to the country in places like Moxing, but now all face roughly the same difficulties and pressures. Everyone is the same, has made contributions, walked the same way, have the same feeling. It is very meaningful to gather together to discuss the problems and solutions of resource-based cities.
