随着高职教育的不断发展,我省五年制高职实现了中、高职的有效衔接,但传统的五年制高职课程模式、教学模式和管理模式均存在不少问题,难以适应“新常态”下高素质技术技能型人才培养的要求。本文分析湖南电子科技职业学院五年制高职教育“1+1+2+1”人才培养模式,对工作过程导向课程模式、模块化教学模式、两线管理模式进行了有益探索,为我省五年制高职教学和管理工作提供有益借鉴。
With the continuous development of higher vocational education, the five-year vocational education in our province has realized the effective convergence of secondary vocational education and advanced vocational education. However, the traditional five-year vocational education curriculum model, teaching mode and management model all have many problems that are difficult to adapt “New Normal ” under the requirements of training high-quality skilled personnel. This paper analyzes the five-year vocational education in Hunan Electronic Science and Technology Vocational College “1 + 1 +2 +1 ” personnel training mode, the work process-oriented curriculum model, modular teaching mode, two-line management mode for a useful exploration for Five-year vocational education and management in our province provide useful lessons.
