目的:了解我院2013年中成药ADR发生的特点和规律,为中医用药合理化、有效化提供依据。方法:从我院2013年上报国家药物不良反应监测中心全部ADR报告中,筛选出全部中成药相关ADR报告进行统计分析。结果:2013年我院中成药用药ADR多发于注射剂,ADR高发于原患疾病为呼吸系统感染的病患,不良反应以皮肤损害居多。结论:合理使用中成药应该引起临床的足够重视。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the characteristics and rules of ADR in our hospital in 2013, and to provide basis for the rationalization and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: All the ADR reports from National Institute of Adverse Drug Reactions were reported from our hospital in 2013, and all ADR reports of proprietary Chinese medicines were screened out for statistical analysis. Results: In 2013, ADR of Chinese patent medicine in our hospital mainly occurred in the injection. ADR was frequently found in the patients with respiratory tract infection and the adverse reactions were mostly skin lesions. Conclusion: The rational use of proprietary Chinese medicines should attract enough attention in clinic.
