本文针对海洋钢结构底层焊专用焊条应具有单面焊双面成型的工艺特性,研制出具有电弧吹力强、挺度大、电弧热量低和熔渣凝固速度快等特点的低氢型、交直流两用、适于空间全位置焊接的 JH-J506DC 底层焊条。对该焊条的焊接工艺性能、抗裂性能、扩散氢含量和低温韧性等,作了较系统的对比试验评定。表明 JH-J506DC 底层焊条优于日本的 LB52U 底层焊条,符合 ZC 平台规范4P36级(最高级)的性能指标要求,已取得国家船检局(ZC)的认可。
In this paper, the marine bottom welding special welding steel should have a single-sided welding two-sided molding process characteristics, developed with a strong arc blowing force, stiffness, low arc heat and slag rapid solidification characteristics of low hydrogen type, pay DC dual-use, suitable for space welding JH-J506DC bottom electrode. The electrode of the welding process performance, crack resistance, diffusion of hydrogen content and low temperature toughness, made a more systematic comparative test evaluation. It shows that JH-J506DC bottom welding rod is superior to Japan’s LB52U bottom welding rod and meets the performance index of 4P36 (the highest level) of ZC platform specification. It has obtained the approval of National Bureau of Shipping Inspection (ZC).
