The Party Committee of Beicai Town, Pudong New Area, carried out the second batch of advanced education activities for party members at the village (or neighborhood) level. They summed up the experience of \"leading the party to emphasize the bright spots, strengthening the classification for practical results, and breaking through the difficulties and full coverage\" Available in the suburbs of the village (Habitat) grass-roots party organizations to promote the advanced nature of educational activities. In this issue, we published an article by Wu Fengfei, party secretary of Beicai town, introducing their experiences and practices.
