[目的]探讨清热化滞颗粒对胃泌素、血管活性肠肽的影响。[方法]采用放射免疫分析法同步测定积滞模型小鼠自然恢复组、灌喂清热化滞颗粒组和空白对照组小鼠血浆和小肠组织胃泌素 (GAS)、血管活性肠肽 (VIP)的水平。[结果]模型建成后 ,小鼠血浆和小肠组织胃泌素含量降低 ;小肠组织VIP的含量增加。灌喂清热化滞颗粒后GAS增加 ,与模型组比较有显著性差异 ;VIP无明显变化。[结论]清热化滞颗粒治疗小儿积滞化热证的作用机制可能与其调节胃肠激素 ,促进胃肠蠕动有关
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Qingrehuazhi Granules on gastrin and vasoactive intestinal peptide. [Methods] The radioimmunoassay method was used to simultaneously measure the plasma and intestinal tissue gastrin (GAS) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) in the natural recovery group of mice with Jizhi model, the mice fed Qingre Huazhi Granule group and the blank control group. s level. [Results] After the model was established, the gastrin content in plasma and intestinal tissue of mice decreased; the content of VIP in the small intestine increased. GAS increased after instillation of heat-clearing granules, which was significantly different from that in the model group; there was no significant change in VIP. [Conclusion] The mechanism of Qingre Huazhi granules in treating children with accumulating stagnation and heat syndrome may be related to regulating gastrointestinal hormones and promoting gastrointestinal motility
