高校体育场馆在全民健身运动的开展和满足大众体育需求方面起着举足轻重的作用。本文从西安市高校体育场馆对外开放的现状入手,运用文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对西安市六所高校体育场馆对外开放的情况以及存在的问题进行了调查与分析,主要调查了体育场馆开放的人群、开放的时间、收费、管理及运营等方面,探讨分析了西安市高校对外开放中存在的场馆利用率、运营管理、资金收入、安全服务等问题,并针对存在的问题提出了相关的意见与建议,要求高校体育场馆负责人员,全面考察各自场馆的结构特征及周围人群的需求特点,制定对外开放计划,充分提高场馆利用率,并且重视研究场馆的发展问题,做好运营管理工作和完善安全服务设施。
