本文在分析相关法律和规范性文件修改精神的基础上,就如何根据当前的法律法规要求,进一步加强检察机关办理刑事赔偿工作提出了对策和建议。
Based on the analysis of the corrections of related laws and normative documents, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to further strengthen the procuratorial organs’ handling of criminal reparation according to the current laws and regulations.
