当今社会的分工越来越细,竞争越来越激烈,越来越需要具有合作能力和团队精神的人才。在《国务院关于基础教育改革与发展的决定》中有这样的要求:在教学过程中应该鼓励学生合作学习,促进他们之间的共同发展和合作交流,促进师生之间的教学相长。可是,我们的学生团队精神较差,因为他们大多是独生子女,唯我独尊意识严重,不愿和他人合作。因此,在学习人教版高中体育教材时,我积极培养学生的团队精神和合作能力,下面是我在教学实
The division of labor in today’s society is getting smaller and fiercer and the competition more and more fierce. There is a growing need for talented people who are capable of cooperation and team work. In the “Decision of the State Council on Reform and Development of Elementary Education,” there is such a demand that students should be encouraged to learn cooperatively during the teaching process so as to promote common development and cooperation and exchange among them and promote the teaching and learning between teachers and students. However, our students have a poor team spirit because most of them are only children, but I have a serious sense of conscience and do not want to work with others.
