我院是一所区级综合性基层医院,只有一间手术间,手术室的工作人员少,工作任务重。由于我们加强了手术室的各项管理,多年来,未发生1例差错事故,现将体会总结如下。 1 严格执行手术室的消毒灭菌工作 手术间按每10平方米悬吊一根紫外线灯的要求按装了3根紫外线灯,进入手术间的通道置一根移动紫外线灯。按常规每天消毒2次,每次30min。连台手术增加消毒1次。
Our hospital is a district-level comprehensive primary hospital. There is only one operating room. There are few staff in the operating room and the task is heavy. As we have strengthened the management of the operating room, there has been no accident in 1 accident over the years. The experience is summarized as follows. 1 Strictly perform the disinfection and sterilization of the operating room The operation room is equipped with three ultraviolet lamps for each 10 m2 of suspension of a UV lamp, and a moving UV lamp is placed in the channel of the operation room. Disinfect 2 times a day for 30 minutes each time. Even after the operation was increased, it was disinfected once.
