近年来,我国高职教育迅猛发展,在校生人数剧增,其中少数民族学生也越来越多。本文中笔者对高职少数民族学生教育管理意义的分析得出:只有加强少数民族学生的教育管理,才能满足国家教育、社会经济发展,高职院校建设的需要;并通过浅析少数民族学生的特点以及存在问题提出了高职院校少数民族学生教育管理的对策。
