目的 :探讨倍氯米松对变应性鼻炎鼻分泌物中粒性活细胞的作用机制。方法 :采用激光共聚焦显微镜扫描和荧光技术 ,观察变应性鼻炎鼻分泌物中嗜酸性粒细胞、中性粒细胞经倍氯米松处理后细胞内钙离子浓度([Ca2 + ]i)的变化。结果 :经倍氯米松处理后 ,嗜酸性粒细胞、中性粒细胞 [Ca2 + ]i 明显升高。结论 :倍氯米松能够使嗜酸性粒细胞和中性粒细胞 [Ca2 + ]i 升高 ,这可能是其抗炎作用的一个重要环节
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of action of beclomethasone on granulocytes in nasal secretions of allergic rhinitis. Methods: The changes of intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca2 +] i) of eosinophils and neutrophils in nasal secretions after allergic rhinitis were observed by laser scanning confocal microscope and fluorescence technique . Results: After treatment with beclomethasone, [Ca2 +] i of eosinophils and neutrophils increased significantly. CONCLUSION: Beclomethasone increases [Ca2 +] i in eosinophils and neutrophils, which may be an important link in its anti-inflammatory effects
