安全文化属于安全工程软科学范畴,在初步梳理安全文化研究现状基础上,提出安全文化评测工作的重要性。依据国家安全文化建设相应准则,结合煤矿企业进行实证案例,初步阐明开展煤矿安全文化评价研究的可能性。研究表明,将煤矿企业划分为决策层、管理层及员工层等多层面,从不同层面行为对安全文化影响进行评测,对于从人的不安全行为角度认识、研究煤矿事故的预防管理体系具有较强的现实价值。
Safety culture belongs to the category of soft science in safety engineering. Based on the preliminary study of safety culture, the importance of safety culture evaluation is put forward. According to the national security culture construction guidelines, combined with the empirical case of coal mining enterprises, initially clarified the possibility of carrying out coal mine safety culture evaluation. The research shows that the coal mine enterprise is divided into many levels such as decision-making level, management level and staff level, and the impact of safety culture from different levels is evaluated.
