本文根据《公路工程标准施工招标资格预审文件》(2009年版)中“有限数量制”资格审查办法,构建了资格审查申请文件评审指标体系,建立了基于BP神经网络的资格审查模型。
This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the application documents for qualification examination and establishes the qualification examination model based on BP neural network according to the qualification examination method of “limited quantity system” in the prequalification document of bidding for highway engineering standard (2009 Edition).
