前言保存巩膜用于眼科手术已20余年,迄今尚未发现其抗原性和异物反应,目前已应用于眼附属器的成形手术,鉴于来源丰富,自82年2月开始应用新生儿保存巩膜于结膜囊狭窄的再建手术9例,获得了成活,现将结果报告如下材料来源及保存方法材料来自本院妇科接生的足月或6～8个月的早产儿,死后6小时内摘除眼球,以生理盐水庆大霉素冲洗冷藏于4℃冰箱,24小时后除去眼内容,清洗干净,投入95%乙醇
