1月17日省高校图工委召开副主任和秘书长会议,讨论制定1990年图工委工作计划要点。 3月12日至14日,省高校图工委秘书长王振华、副秘书长王永安赴天津出席华北图协1990年会预备会,会议中心议题是研究由天津市高校图工委负责主办值年第五次年会的主要内容以及征文选题等工作。 4月9日至10日省高校图工委邀请清华大学图书馆顾问、北京邮电学院原图书馆馆长王戊辰同志为我省高校图书馆作学术报告。
