塔里木盆地北部地区在海西晚期塔里木板块北缘和南天山造山过程中发生的斜向碰担和逆冲一走滑作用的影响下,形成了既有逆冲推覆又有走滑扭动的构造变形。这种构造变形形成了不整合、断块、背斜、古潜山、风化壳等多种类型的圈闭,为塔里木北部地区的油气藏(田)的形成创造了有利条件。
In the northern part of Tarim Basin, under the influence of diagonal collision and thrust-strike-slip during the late Hercynian Talimu plateau and the South Tianshan orogeny, the northern part of the Tarim Basin was formed with both thrusting and strike-slip twisting Structural deformation. Such structural deformation has formed various types of traps such as unconformities, fault blocks, anticlines, burial hills and weathering crusts, thus creating favorable conditions for the formation of oil and gas reservoirs (fields) in northern Tarim.
