小学数学实施素质教育的主渠道是课堂教学。笔者通过多年教学的实践认为,教师的教学思想和教育思想是打好学生“双基”,在教学中实施素质教育的关键。小学数学教师在教学过程中应该在如下方面作出努力。一、努力处理好教师、教材和学生之间的关系。教师是教材的主人,而不是教材的奴隶。因此,教师必须根据学生的心理特点、生理特点和实际,创造性地对教材的教学内容进行处理,引导学生掌握基础知识和基本技能。这种处理可以用下图表示:
Primary school mathematics implementation of quality education is the main channel of classroom teaching. Through years of teaching practice, the author believes that teachers' teaching thoughts and educational thoughts are the key to laying a good foundation for quality education in teaching. Primary school mathematics teachers in the teaching process should be made in the following areas. First, strive to handle the relationship between teachers, teaching materials and students. Teachers are the masters of textbooks, not slaves of textbooks. Therefore, teachers must creatively deal with the teaching contents of the textbooks according to the students' psychological characteristics, physiological characteristics and practicalities, and guide the students to master the basic knowledge and basic skills.
