目的:研究丸粒化对党参种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。方法:测定丸粒化和普通党参种子的发芽势、发芽率,幼苗根长、芽长及生理指标,苗栽的围径、根长及单株质量。结果:相比普通种子,丸粒化党参种子萌发时滞滞后,发芽势、发芽率降低,但其发芽持续期长,幼苗长势健壮,幼苗中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质及丙二醛含量较高,苗栽质量较好。结论:丸粒化使党参种子体积增大,易于机械化精量播种,增强了党参幼苗的抗逆性,达到齐苗壮苗的目的,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Objective: To study the effects of pelleting on the germination and seedling growth of Codonopsis pilosula. Methods: The germination potential, germination rate, seedling root length, shoot length and physiological index of seedling and ordinary Codonopsis pilosula were determined. The diameter, root length and plant mass of seedling were measured. Results: Compared with common seeds, the seedling of Codonopsis pilosula had delayed germination, germination potential and germination rate decreased, but its germinating duration was longer, the seedling grew stronger, the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and malondialdehyde were higher in seedling, Seedlings planted better quality. Conclusion: Pelleting can increase the seed size of Codonopsis pilosula and facilitate the sowing of mechanized precision seedlings. It enhances the stress resistance of Codonopsis pilosula and increases the seedling strength of Codonopsis pilosula. It has certain popularization and application value.
