目的探讨宫颈良性病变应用电圈环行切除术(loop electrosurgical excision procedure,LEEP)治疗后颈管增生的预防与处理。方法分析河北医科大学第二医院随访43例应用LEEP术治疗宫颈良性病变的临床资料,随访1、2、3、4个月,观察创面愈合和颈管增生情况。结果LEEP术后发生颈管增生1个月时22例(51.16%)、2个月时6例(13.95%),经药物治疗后3个月时2例(4.65%)颈管增生给予LEEP治疗后痊愈。结论宫颈良性病变应用LEEP应积极预防颈管增生,如3个月后仍存在颈管增生应给予第2次LEEP治疗。
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of cervical hyperplasia after benign esophageal lesions (LEEP) treated by loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP). Methods The clinical data of 43 cases with benign cervical lesions treated with LEEP were followed up in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University. The wound healing and neck hyperplasia were observed after 1, 2, 3 and 4 months. Results Twenty-two patients (51.16%) had neck hyperplasia at 1 month after LEEP operation, 6 cases (13.95%) at 2 months, and 2 cases (4.65%) at 3 months after LEEP treatment. After recovery. Conclusions The application of LEEP in benign cervical lesions should actively prevent neck hyperplasia. If there is still hyperplasia of the neck after 3 months, the second LEEP treatment should be given.
