患者，男，27岁，自觉口腔上腭有异物感，无明显疼痛1月余而就诊。查体：左侧软腭处可触及3.0cm×2．7cm的肿物，表面不光滑，质地较硬，无触压痛。应用ACUSON128SP／10彩色多普勒超声显像仪（探头频率7．0MHz）。患者取仰卧位，行口腔内软腭区扫查，于左侧软跨处显示2.0cm×1.
The patient, male, 27 years old, consciously had a foreign body sensation in the oral cavity, and had no apparent pain for more than one month. Physical examination: A 3.0-cm x 2.7-cm mass can be touched on the left soft palate. The surface is not smooth, and the texture is hard and there is no tenderness. Application ACUSON128SP/10 color Doppler ultrasound imaging instrument (probe frequency 7.0MHz). The patient took a supine position, scanned the soft palate in the oral cavity, and displayed 2.0 cm×1 on the left soft span.
