采用美国C I-340便携式光合仪对吉林江源五味子圃内来自辽宁、吉林两产地,不同生长势的五味子净光合速率对光和CO2的响应进行对比。结果表明:辽宁样株光补偿点高、饱和点高、饱和时Pn值较大以及表观量子效率高,更能适应一天中光强的变化;生长势弱的吉林样株光补偿点低、饱和点高、净光合速率较大、表现出较强的光能利用率,而生长势强的植株对弱光反应更敏感;吉林样株比辽宁的具有较高的CE、较低的CO2补偿点,但当CO2浓度升至240μmol/mol以上时,辽宁样株的Pn值则明显高于吉林,说明辽宁的五味子更具有光合潜力。
Using the USA C I-340 portable photosynthesis instrument, the photosynthetic rate of schisandra chinensis from different production potentials from the two producing areas of Liaoning and Jilin in Jiyuan Jiangyuan Wuweizi was compared with the response of light and CO2. The results showed that Liaoning plants have high light compensation point, high saturation point, large Pn value at saturation and high apparent quantum efficiency, and they can adapt to the change of light intensity in a day. The light compensation points of Jilin plants with weak growth potential are low. High saturation point, large net photosynthetic rate, strong light energy utilization, and strong growth plants are more sensitive to weak light; Jilin plants have higher CE and lower CO2 compensation than Liaoning At this point, when the CO2 concentration was increased to 240 μmol/mol or more, the Pn value of Liaoning-like plants was significantly higher than that of Jilin, indicating that the Schisandra of Liaoning has more photosynthetic potential.
