党内民主与人民民主是构成中国特色社会主义民主政治的两翼。稳步扩大有序政治参与、积极推进政治协商和大力加强民主监督,是中国特色社会主义民主政治发展进程中的三大重点内容。党内民主与人民民主的互动必须紧紧围绕这三方面内容展开。在这一过程中,统一战线起着核心作用。在党内民主带动人民民主的过程中,协商民主不失为围绕扩大民主参与、推进政治协商和加强民主监督三项主要内容的统战工作有效模式。
Inner-party democracy and people’s democracy are the two wings that form the socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. The steady expansion of orderly political participation, the active promotion of political consultation and the vigorous strengthening of democratic supervision are the three major focuses in the process of the development of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. The interaction between inner-party democracy and people’s democracy must be closely centered on these three aspects. In this process, the united front plays a central role. In the process of inner-party democracy leading people’s democracy, consultative democracy can be regarded as an effective mode of united front work around three main contents: expanding democratic participation, promoting political consultation and strengthening democratic supervision.
