在高中生物课本中色素的提取和分离实验采用的是菠菜叶,由于这个实验基本上在冬天完成,菠菜的价格偏高,而且市场不能稳定供应,因此我们希望通过这个实验能寻找到多一些实验效果较好也相对经济的植物,来保证学生实验的顺利开展。本次论文设计采用了红薯叶、韭菜叶、茼蒿叶等十九种市面上常见的蔬菜叶子,严格按照高中生物课本实验的步骤进行,最后筛选出层析效果比较明显的几种植物,以供各位老师参考。
