西晋著名文学家左思曾说:‘何世无奇才,遗之在草泽’。清朝思想家、史学家、文学家魏源也曾说:‘人才者,求之则愈出,置之则愈匮。’留心觅贤、求贤,贤者自然会接踵而来的。置身市场经济的大潮中,人才的得与失,求与弃,对企业的生死存亡至关重要。借用‘得人才者得天下’的古语,我们可以说:‘得人才者得市场’。培养、挖掘、使用、善待人才,是占领市场、巩固市场、扩大市场的根本。
