Wang Anshi (AD 1021-1086) is the Northern Song Dynasty Jiangnan West Fuzhou Linchuan (now Jiangxi), Song Zhongzong day five years (AD 1021) was born on November 13 in Qingjiang County of the Lunar New Year town).
