患者,女,24岁,住院号118675。G_1Po孕3个月,于84年7月在某医院行人流术,术后一周高烧,伴阴道流血多日,以后持续一年阴道流红色臭味白带。月经按月来湖,量多腹痛,经多次抗感染止血剂治疗无效。于85年7月26开始,持续阴道流血8天伴腹痛,到我科专科门诊求治。妇诊:外阳已婚未产成,阴道畅通少量分泌物,宫颈外口有一硬骨状组织嵌顿,宫体正常大小活动好,附件(一)。诊断:不全流产合并感染,立即行清宫术。术前宫腔7cm,探针进入宫腔有金属感,刮出米粒
