我国在中部地区实施的县通乡镇公路改造工程、农村通畅工程。这两大工程的根本目的就是改善农村交通基础设施条件。两大工程不可能完全指望国家财政投入来完成,国家现在给予的补助资金仅限于县通乡和通村公路建设,而且公路建设的资金缺口很大,因此,搞好资金管理和经济成本核算,加快农村公路的建设和管养步伐,才能使农村公路更好的服务于经济的发展。
