目的:观察芦荟凝胶对大鼠Ⅱ度烫伤创面上皮出现时间、愈合时间及皮肤组织中纤维连接蛋白含量的影响,证明芦荟凝胶具有促进肉芽组织生长加速伤口愈合的作用。方法:SD大鼠将分对照组和试验组。采用水浴法致大鼠裸露的背部浅Ⅱ度烫伤。试验组用芦荟凝胶外涂创面,4次/d,对照组用生理盐水处理创面,记录上皮出现时间,平均愈合时间及2~24d的愈合率;于治疗后14,24d分别取愈合后的皮肤测定组织液中纤维连接蛋白的含量。结果:与对照组比较,试验组上皮出现时间早,愈合时间明显缩短,愈合率高,皮肤组织中纤维连接蛋白含量增加更明显。结论:芦荟凝胶中的多糖及氨基酸通过影响炎症纤维组织形成、纤维连接蛋白合成和成熟以及伤口收缩改变,促进肉芽组织生长达到加速伤口愈合的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Aloe vera gel on the appearance time, healing time and the content of fibronectin in skin tissue of grade Ⅱ scald wounds in rats, and to prove that aloe vera gel has the effect of promoting the growth of granulation tissue and accelerating wound healing. Methods: SD rats will be divided into control group and experimental group. A water bath was used to induce the scalded superficial scald in the back of rats. The wounds were treated with aloe vera gel on the wounds in the experimental group 4 times a day. The wounds in the control group were treated with saline. The appearance time, the average healing time and healing rate of 2 ~ 24 days were recorded. At 14 and 24 days after treatment, Skin Determination of tissue fluid fibronectin content. Results: Compared with the control group, the epithelium appeared early, the healing time was significantly shortened, the healing rate was high, and the content of fibronectin in skin tissue increased more obviously. CONCLUSION: Polysaccharides and amino acids in aloe vera gel can accelerate wound healing by affecting the formation of inflammatory fibers, fibronectin synthesis and maturation and changes of wound contractions, and promoting the growth of granulation tissue.
