肺毛细血管通透性增高是急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的病理生理学标志,氧自由基是造成肺血管损伤的重要因素。人体存在对抗氧化机制.保护组织免受氧化损伤的生物防御系统。作者观察病程6天以上的ARDS患者血浆中抗氧化剂和中性粒细胞产生的氧自由基水平,研究ARDS患者起病和病程中中性粒细胞产生氧自由基的能力。 方法 实验组为8例患者,年龄均低于75岁,氧合指数低于26.7kPa,呼气末正压≥0.49kPa,胸片呈双肺浸润性改变,肺动脉嵌顿压低于2.4kPa,且排除慢性心功能不全。对
Pulmonary capillary permeability is a sign of pathophysiology of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), an important factor in pulmonary vascular injury. Human body has anti-oxidant mechanism and biological defense system to protect tissues from oxidative damage. The authors observed the ARDS patients over 6 days duration of anti-oxidants and neutrophils plasma oxygen free radicals levels, ARDS patients with onset and duration of neutrophils to produce oxygen free radicals. Methods The experimental group was 8 patients, all of whom were under 75 years of age. The oxygenation index was lower than 26.7 kPa. The positive end expiratory pressure was 0.49 kPa. The chest radiograph changed infiltrating lungs. The pulmonary embossed pressure was lower than 2.4 kPa. Exclude chronic heart failure. Correct
