通过研究不同氮、钾肥用量对春甘蓝产量和品质影响表明 :本地区春甘蓝的最高施氮量(纯N)宜控制在 3 0 0kg/hm2 以下 ,钾肥 (K2 O)用量可达 3 0 0kg/hm2 ;在一定施氮量范围内 ,高钾处理均可获得较高的商品产量 ;氮肥用量增加可使甘蓝NO3 含量提高 ,但对VC无显著影响 ,钾肥用量增加可相应降低甘蓝NO3 含量 ,增加VC含量 ;氮、钾肥用量对叶球商品性状也有较大影响。
The effects of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer application on the yield and quality of spring cabbage were studied. The results showed that the highest nitrogen application rate (pure N) in spring cabbage should be below 300 kg / hm2 and the amount of K2 O should reach 300 kg / hm2. Within a certain range of nitrogen application, higher K could be obtained for higher commercial production. Increasing N application could increase NO3 content in cabbage, but had no significant effect on VC. Increasing potash application could reduce NO3 content in cabbage, Increase the VC content; nitrogen and potassium fertilizer on leaf traits also have a greater impact.
