目的:对窄叶鲜卑花地上部分水提物的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用HP-20大孔吸附树脂、凝胶柱色谱、反相中压柱色谱和高效制备液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,运用理化性质、波谱数据并结合文献鉴定结构。结果:从窄叶鲜卑花地上部分中分离纯化了11个化合物,分别鉴定为:对甲氧基肉桂酸(Ⅰ)、原儿茶醛(Ⅱ)、槲皮素(Ⅲ)、异鼠李素(Ⅳ)、quercetin 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(Ⅴ)、9-O-[β-D-glucopyranoside]-3,4,5-trimethoxy cinnamyl alcohol(Ⅵ)、syringaresinol-4’-O-β-D-monoglucoside(Ⅶ)、芦丁(Ⅷ)、sibiraic acid(Ⅸ)、sibiscolacton(Ⅹ)、甲基阿魏酸(Ⅺ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅰ~Ⅷ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of aqueous extracts from the aerial parts of Hylobite hyphen; Methods: HP-20 macroporous resin, gel column chromatography, reversed-phase medium-pressure column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography and other methods were isolated and purified, the use of physical and chemical properties, spectral data and the literature identified the structure. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and purified from the aerial parts of Hyriopsis cumingii, identified as p-methoxycinnamic acid (Ⅰ), protocatechuic aldehyde (Ⅱ), quercetin (Ⅲ), isorhamnetin (Ⅳ), quercetin 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (Ⅴ), 9-O- [β-D-glucopyranoside] -3,4,5-trimethoxy cinnamyl alcohol β-D-monoglucoside (Ⅶ), rutin (Ⅷ), sibiraic acid (Ⅸ), sibiscolacton (Ⅹ), methyl ferulic acid (Ⅺ). Conclusion: Among them, compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅷ were isolated from this genus for the first time.
