2011年世界经济形势难言乐观,2012年经济发展前景仍然前途迷离。在总体经济前景不明以及经济复苏难以明确的背景下,高失业率的状况难以转变,促进就业仍任重道远。
The world economic situation in 2011 is hard to be optimistic and the prospects for economic development in 2012 are still blurred. Given the uncertain economic prospects and the uncertain economic recovery, the situation of high unemployment rate is difficult to change and there is still a long way to go to promote employment.
