From November 4 to November 8, 2013, the China Politics Conference held a seminar for leaders of local and industry political seminars at the Shanghai Base of the National Publicity and Cadre Institute. More than 70 people from provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, as well as leaders of the national industry (system) political research delegation participated.
