1978年12月中纪委成立,陈云为第一书记,黄克诚为常务书记。严查搞新的个人崇拜现象1980年的某一天,群众来信向中纪委反映党中央主席华国锋的三件事:一是华国锋去江苏视察,外出沿途搞戒严,影响交通,引起群众不满;二是中央党校的教授写信告发,有人把华国锋在中央党校作报告坐的椅子送到博物馆;三是山西地方政府给华国锋交城的老家修故居,建纪念馆。这三件事反映到黄克诚
December 1978 Central Commission for Discipline Inspection was established, Chen Yun as the first secretary, Huang Kecheng executive secretary. One day in 1980, the masses wrote letters to the Central Discipline Inspection Commission to reflect the party Central Committee Chairman Hua Guofeng’s three things: First, Hua Guofu went to Jiangsu to inspect, went out martial law along the way, affecting traffic, causing the masses Dissatisfaction; Second, the Central Party School professor wrote a letter to the bulletin, it was Hua Guofeng chair of the report sent to the Central Party School to the museum; Third, the local government of Shanxi to Hua Guofeng Jiaocheng home to repair the former residence, built memorial hall.
